Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe cabernet fruit for this Free Form Rosé comes off the Sekhon Family Vineyard in Osoyoos, and it's fermented and aged on its lees in concrete. Again, despite its age, it is very fresh, balancing bright red berry with smoky, leafy, herbal notes that finish with a light bump of residual sugar. Free Form Rosé 2018

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Sekhon Family Vineyard in Osoyoos, this cabernet franc rosé was fermented using wild yeasts and then aged on its lees in concrete. This nicely balances bright red berry fruit with smoky herbs, led by strawberry and tobacco leaf. Light on its feet at 12% abv, this is fleshed out by a bit of residual sugar (6 g/L), with added texture from the extended lees aging. Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFree Form is Okanagan Crush Pad's fully natural line of wines, using only organically farmed fruit, and zero inputs. This year's Rosé comes from Osoyoos' Sekhon Family Vineyard, and is cabernet franc naturally fermented in concrete, where it remained on lees for a short stint. Off-dry and brisk with ripe strawberries and raspberry jam, this is threaded with a savoury, herbal edge. The palate is glossy and youthful, and the edges lightly rasped by concrete.
