CedarCreek Pinot Noir 2017

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaNot all pinot noir has to be complicated; this easy-sipping pinot is an excellent example of the charming and drinkable style. It is all estate fruit from four organically farmed blocks, fermented in a mix of stainless steel tanks and concrete. It spends a year in wood to soften any edges. The palate is round and mouthfilling with cherries and earth dusted with violets and brown spice. Serve with grilled pork or a favourite mushroom or beef pizza.Tasted: 31 October 2019Tasted by: Prices:
