Emilia-Romagna, ItalyThis grechetto gentile is from Rimini's Covignano Hills, in Emilia-Romagna, and 10 year old biodynamically farmed vines on calcareous clay soils. This was naturally fermented in stainless, where it remained on fine lees for 8 months prior to bottling. There's a lovely texture that rolls throughout this fuller bodied, concentrated wine, streaming wild herbs, meadow flowers, quince, pine nuts to a long, salted finish.
