Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe Mayhem pink is a lightly coloured merlot grown on the Anarchist Mountain Vineyard in Osoyoos. A cool ferment was racked off its gross lees and left for one month on fine lees, stirred weekly. Like the entire lineup, the rosé strikes all the right notes for the price, mixing savoury orange and raspberry with a fresh, bright, spicy finish.
