From the southern reaches of Beaujolais, this certified organic and biodynamic gamay pét-nat carries near 50 g/l RS, making it perfectly situated for a berry dessert. Sweet French strawberries, vanilla, raw sugar is streaked with bright acidity along the sweet, light (7.5 degree) palate.
