River Stone Stones Throw 2016

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRiver Stone lies just south of McIntyre Bluff in the south Okanagan Valley. Stones Throw combines 78 percent merlot with cabernet sauvignon, malbec and petit verdot grown on the estate surrounding the Oliver winery. I liked 2014, but this is better, with savoury but ripe, dark fruit, soft edging, and well balanced acidity.
