Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOne of two chardys released yearly from JoieFarm, the unoaked version comes off three sites: Skaha Bluff's Con Vida Vineyard (and 1989 planted vines), nearby Hollenbach Family Vineyard, and Oliver Twist Vineyard, in Oliver. It’s fermented and aged in stainless, with regular battonage. The attack is bright and tropical, with pineapple, yellow apple, green apple, sweet corn, and ample spice. There's a sizeable bump of sweetness here that will appeal to the masses.
