Gray Monk Pinot Gris 2017

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFermented and aging in stainless, with no MLF, keeps this gris, the namesake grape for Gray Monk winery, crisp and fresh. Steely pear, yellow apple, Asian pear is infiltrated with a light spice. Approximately 12 hours on the skins lend a medium hue and sliver of texture to the palate, offsetting the bump of RS. Classic BC gris.Tasted: 07 July 2019Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
