Lincoln Lakeshore, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario, CanadaWinemaker Craig McDonald is behind this tight, citrus lined chardonnay that is wild fermented. The texture is creamy and layered but punctuated by lemon and lees to lend it a complex nature. Look for bright apple and pear with a subtle line of baked apple caramel and fresh, sour apple mash finish.
