CanadaThe Fraser River Gold Rush was a remarkable time in BC and is duly noted on its label. The attack is dry with resiny, light, green apple exposed to no oak. The result is crisp and bright. It would be well suited with a simple fish dish, but the price suggests it should offer up a bit more.
