Bordertown Chardonnay 2016

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe fruit here is all estate, meaning all Osoyoos. The attack is soft and creamy, reflecting its full MLF and ageing for eight months in French oak. Rich, buttery and round with a thread of guava underneath that helps to tighten up the middle just a bit and keep it from being overbearing. The finish is long and opulent with a touch of sweetness. Try this old style chardonnay with veal chops with mushrooms.Tasted: 05 May 2019Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
