Badacsony, HungaryThis is 100 percent Hungarian olaszrizling, the same as welshriesling, the white wine grape (unrelated to the Rhine riesling), grown throughout Central Europe. Stones and yellow fruit lead the nose and palate, with quince, pear skin and ample dusty chalkiness bringing up the rear.
