Tomero Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

Mendoza, ArgentinaThe fruit is handpicked from estate vineyards at Los Alamos in the high Uco Valley, and from vines planted in a rocky, sandy loam with low fertility and low organic matter, leaving an aromatic style of cabernet sauvignon with spicy red black fruit notes. On the palate the tannins are soft, the attack spicy with cherry, cassis, a whack of licorice and pepper and a dusting of garam masala before a medium length tobacco spiced finish. Works with beef hot pot to kabobs.Tasted: 17 October 2018Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
