Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThough Alan Dickinson and Synchromesh is legend for riesling, they also produce high quality reds, like this estate single vineyard pinot noir. This is clones 667 and 115 from the home vineyard site's lower half. Beauty black plum, wild blackberry, black cherry, thorns, pervade this darker, gritty, grippy pinot, framed with black tobacco tannins, and seasoned with cracked black pepper.
