See Ya Later Ranch Legacy Chardonnay 2016

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCreamed corn, yellow apple, cantaloupe is brightened with a spire of lemony acidity and perfumed with pear blossom and a peculiar kiss of wintermint. This feels its weekly battonage over its time in American and French oak (ten months) as well as its cushion of RS (4 g/l) to a brusque finish.
