Mt. Boucherie Pinot Noir 2016

Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSimilkameen Valley is the home of this robust pinot noir with an earthy, forest floor nose. The ’16 has some grippy upfront tannins that sit on a core of blacker fruits flecked with raspberry and spice, leading to a dry, stony finish. I would give this time in the bottle to soften or serve it with rustic mushroom/chicken dishes.Tasted: 11 October 2018Tasted by: Anthony GismondiPrices:
