Paso Robles, San Luis Obispo County, Central Coast, California, United StatesHerbal edged, this shows a brighter, red fruit-led cabernet, this coming from Paso Robles and kept to a respectable 13.5 degree size. Anise, tobacco, cherry and raspberry are held by grippy, sinewy tannins and ride a slick wave of acidity to the snappy finish. Appreciate the fresher, lighter hand.
