California, United StatesMeiomi and residual sugar go to together like that famous horse and carriage, yet the wine you think would be sweetest, Meiomi’s Rosé, is anything but, and for that, we are eternally grateful. The colour is pale, pale pink, the nose a mix of watermelon, rhubarb, citrus and strawberries. The palate is dry, offering fresh flavours of stone fruit and best of all, some electric minerality. Very food friendly, this will work with prawns, Dungeness crab and summer salads.
