Time Syrah Rose 2017
British Columbia, CanadaDeep, shining pink, this is an off-dry and fuller rosé with candied strawberry, raspberry jam and grapefruit spicing. Seven percent cabernet franc is added in to this pink syrah, certainly not a usual rosé blend. There's a big swell of warmth on the finish here that needs a chill and / or some food to work.
