JapanCloudy with authenticity, this is a a yuzu infused sweet sake from southern Japan's Kochi's prefecture, the prime area for all things citrus in Japan. Ten percent Yuzu juice turns this sake into a sweet, imminently quaffable drink of meyer lemons and perfumed citrus. At a dangerous 8 degrees alcohol, this is far too easy to consume, but best enjoyed with soda, or in another mixed drink or cocktail.
