Summerhill Pyramid Winery OM Organic Meritage 2014
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOh my, OM is a rich, friendly red blend from Summerhill that is going to have wide appeal. The OM means organic meritage, and opens with an attractive sweet nose of cassis, blueberries and milk chocolate that spill onto a spicy cedary, ripe, black fruit palate. The blend is 57/38/5 cabernet sauvignon, merlot and malbec all aged 30 months in French and American oak barriques. The finished wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered but should be capable of cellaring over the next five to seven years. Try this with grilled beef today for the best results.
