Liquidity Reserve Chardonnay 2016
Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLiquidity’s Reserve Chardonnay is more intense than the Estate version, due in part to more new oak, although at 25 percent new it doesn’t overwhelm the wine. Lemon curd, toasty spice, baked pear on a downy, creamy palate all comes together in texture (lees) and structure (oak). Again the style is generous, yet fine. Made from older vines, planted in 1994.
