Champagne, FranceVollereaux is a family owned negoc that owns 42ha of their own vineyards in between Pierry and Sézanne, and also can claim 200 years of history in wine in the region. This is their top wine. Ripe and full, in an oxidative swing, this blend of 75/25 chardonnay/pinot noir has spent five years on the lees and is given a 10 g/l dosage.
