Cowichan Valley, Vancouver Island, British Columbia, CanadaPaula is the traditional method fizz from Blue Grouse, and in 2014 was a blend of Vancouver Island and Okanagan grown müller-thurgau, ortega, pinot auxerrois and riesling. Perfumed white flowers, elderflower, pear drops is pierced with green apples, white peach, biscuit, lime pith on a tight, bone dry finish.
