Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRob Van Westen collaborating winemaker Tom Di Bello is producing a rich, spicy, mouth-filling pinot noir on the Naramata Bench. The nose is open and intense, with bits of black cherry flecked with floral, mineral, clove. The attack is warm and round - more Russian River than Naramata this year with sweet, black cherry fruit, silky tannins and a long, warm, spicy, finish with bits of orange and sweet tobacco.
