Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe grapes for this muller-thurgau-schönburger-kerner-pinot blanc blend are picked intermittently at ripeness off the Home Block Vineyard on the Oliver Gravelbar Bench. The varieties are vinified separately in stainless steel and left on their light lees for two months before they are blended the following spring. The juice then heads to charmat tank to undergo a second fermentation. The nose is oddly quiet, with light leesy, nectarine, lime rind notes.
