Dr. Pauly-Bergweiler Riesling Feinherb 2016

GermanyFeinherb means "off-dry", which in German riesling terms can be something of a misnomer, but is something you should look for if you're in the mood for a dry-ISH, serious riesling. Soft florals, juicy pear, apple butter and honeysuckle scent this light, finely structured and easy riesling.
