Benjamin Bridge Rosé Brut Méthode Classique 2012

Gaspereau Valley, Nova Scotia, CanadaNew release, this blend of 43 percent chardonnay, 37 percent pinot noir and 20 percent pinot meunier spent three years on the lees Pale peach hue, with frisky, crunchy acidity, this is quite textural with peach fuzz, before a medium bodied palate of fragrant rose petals, apricot, red apple, wild raspberry, pink grapefruit tanginess on the finish. All of this, in an alluring 11 percent alcohol package. Still youthful, for fruity enjoyment now, but will mellow and deepen with cellaring. Very impressive.Tasted: 30 October 2017Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
