Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaElevate is an invitation from the folks at Evolve to share a wine experience with friends. This particular Elevate is a rare one at that with a BC carménère. The nose is classic Evolve-forward, an open and inviting dusty black fruit affair with a hint of baking spices. The palate is a mix of vanilla and red and black fruits flecked with white pepper and cedar. Fun to drink but will improve in the bottle over the next three years.
