Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaRich and full, this blend of sauvignon blanc, sémillon, viognier, chardonnay, muscat was sourced from both the Black Sage and Golden Mile Benches. Weighted with wood, (partial French, partial new is used in ferment), this was blended with stainless steel fermented and matured fruit, in the aim to marry crisp orchard fruit with richer notes.
