Liquidity Chardonnay 2012

Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe nose is quiet with nutty, mineral stony notes that seemed to slip out of the glass and disappear. The attack is bright and fresh with a big citrus hit up front followed by some bitter nutty pear and guava notes. Overall a skinny wine with a nervous undercurrent, which we like but it could use a modicum of creaminess to make it just a bit friendlier. It's easily adjusted by food, sautéed squid would be a fine match or halibut or a creamy pasta dish. A solid effort heading the right direction.Tasted: 29 December 2014Tasted by: Prices:
