Carneros, Napa Valley, California, United StatesDisgorged in 2013 with about 6 years on the yeast, this has a big nutty, lemon, floral, honey, baked pear and green apple nose. Fresh, crisp, juicy, delicate palate with fine, creamy mousse. Lemon, baked green apple, honey, spicy, nutty, slightly buttery flavours. Good concentration and finesse with fine acidity balance and a touch of sweetness at the very end.
