Mission accomplished with an alluring nose of spring irises, perfumed cassis and wild raspberries leading to a ripe, juicy core and a round, medium body. Cracked black pepper and sweet vanillin leads out the finish. Lamb burgers with caramelized onions and blue cheese would marry with this ripe red.
