Summerhill Pyramid Winery Robert Bateman Artist's Series Grasslands Organic Cabernet Franc 2010
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaQuiet, fresh, red fruit aromas with crushed leafy bits and spice. The plate is similar although overall there is a dryness and bitterness that persists on the palate and in the finish. Be sure to serve this with grilled beef or lamb to give the wine a place to recede. Ready to drink. The fruit is grown at the single-vineyard Knollvine Farm in Okanagan Falls. Thirty-two month sin oak is probably too much for many BC wine.
