Western Cape, South AfricaCheeky little label for a serious little wine. This is Fairview's take on an Italian blend (albeit one with 24% cab sauv in the mix). Driving black cherry, black flowers, cranberry, sour plum, smoked stone, cured meats and fine, tight and tart tannins that dry a bit too much on the finish. Pair with spit roasted goat, just because.
