Prince Edward County, Ontario, CanadaLight gold colour with nutty, mealy, garlic, big matchstick aromas. Fresh, elegant, juicy, round palate with nutty lees, baked peach, honey, lemon custard, sulphur and butterscotch. Fine balance but quite heavily sulphured with some oxidative characters. A love it or leave it style for some but the length and complexity will pull at you.
