Ferrari Brut Metodo Classico NV

Trento, Trentino- Alto-Adige, ItalyOnly handpicked chardonnay collected from various communes across the province of Trento go into this Brut, aged on its lees for a minimum of 24 months. Ferrari has been making this wine since 1902. The nose is clean and fresh with a light leesy brioche scent mixed with apple, straw, toast and floral elements. The attack is similarly styled with nutty, honey, citrus, green apple. Excellent complexity and balance for the price in one of the best all-chardonnay sparklers and the oldest made outside of Champagne.Tasted: 17 December 2019Tasted by: Prices:
