The latest version appears a touch drier and firmer, which always a good thing when it is stuffed with green and yellow apple, almonds, and wet stone. This is a mix of organic riesling, chardonnay, pinot blanc, all fermented in the traditional method. Green and yellow apple fruits lead the charge of a friendly mix of pf organic riesling, chardonnay, pinot blanc, all fermented using the method traditionelle. Style. It gets some nine months of ageing on its lees before being bottled with a generous but not overpowering 2.8 g/l of residual sugar RS, lending it an easy-sipping style. This organic riesling, chardonnay, pinot blanc traditional method sparklier is a BC classic, first released in 1992.
