The latest version appears a touch drier and firmer, which always a good thing when it is stuffed with green and yellow apple, almonds, and wet stone. This is a mix of organic riesling, chardonnay, pinot blanc, all fermented in the traditional method. Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCipes Brut has been around for 28 years, and you might expect it has settled into a rhythm of being well made and offering fair value in the sparkling wine sector. Green and yellow apple fruits lead the charge of a friendly mix of pf organic riesling, chardonnay, pinot blanc, all fermented using the method traditionelle. Style. It gets some nine months of ageing on its lees before being bottled with a generous but not overpowering 2.8 g/l of residual sugar RS, lending it an easy-sipping style. This organic riesling, chardonnay, pinot blanc traditional method sparklier is a BC classic, first released in 1992.
